Dear Friends,

“How can we do it better?” That’s a question AT&T* is always trying to answer. And once we find an answer, we begin working on making that solution even better. Below you’ll find some updates about our diverse commitments to investing in and finding new and improved solutions.

From investing nearly $1.8 billion in our Missouri wired and wireless networks — pursuing policy situations that help make our business stronger — to blocking a billion robocalls for a more desirable phone experience — AT&T is committed to seeing how the “power of &” can change all of our lives for the better.

Finally, I’d like to commend some of our colleagues who exemplified dedication to service. As many of you know, earlier this year, Missouri recently experienced severe flooding, and the effort to save our network and our customers was just short of unbelievable. A huge debt of gratitude and thanks to our Network teams for their monumental efforts to keep customers in service.
