#DreamInBlack with Black Future Month

Posted by AT&T North Carolina

During Black History Month, we celebrate the legacy and awe-inspiring contributions of those committed to equality. Their efforts preserve a rich cultural heritage and pave the way for future generations.

In the spirit of honoring that excellence, AT&T’s Dream in Black presents Black Future Month, a celebration during the 28 days of Black History Month where we’ve been honoring 27 inspiring creators making history by shaping our futures, today.

But what about the 28th?

Are you someone making history in your community, or do you know someone else who is? Through this Sunday, February 24, you can nominate yourself or a trailblazer you know to be named an AT&T Future Maker by sharing a post with the hashtag #DreamInBlack. It's your last chance to nominate.

The contest winner will be listed alongside celebrities like Queen Latifah, Keke Palmer and Van Jones and have the opportunity to attend the NAACP Image Awards on March 10 in Los Angeles.

And just this week, AT&T announced its commitment to spend $3 billion with black suppliers across the U.S. by 2020.

We've also launched an exclusive emoji sticker set as part of our Black Future Month celebration.

The exclusive stickers are available via download from the iTunes or Google Play store for customers.

It’s just another way AT&T is helping people connect in meaningful ways.
