Philly Startup Leaders’ Accelerator program will double the number of participants in 2019 thanks to sponsorship provided by AT&T.
Joseph Divis, assistant vice president for AT&T External Affairs, will join Kiera Smalls, PSL executive director, to announce the 12 new startups joining the 2019 PSL Accelerator cohort during the organization’s annual Founder Factory event on December 6, a full-day event bringing together local and national entrepreneurs, startup employees, government officials, academia and other key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.
The announcement of AT&T’s sponsorship and the new cohort participants will help close out the day, at approximately 4:45 pm, at Fringe Arts & La Peg, 140 North Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia.
Philly Startup Leaders’ mission is to help current and future founders succeed in Philadelphia and beyond. The PSL Accelerator is an eight-week, fast-track program that equips full-time founders in Philadelphia with the knowledge and tools needed to grow their businesses, including a mentor to guide them during the program and beyond. The program concludes with PSL Pitches, a celebratory event that gives each startup the opportunity to tell their story, pitch their business, and share what’s next for building their company in Philly.
