Vince Apruzzese is President for AT&T in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In this role, Vince helps set and implement AT&T’s public policy and philanthropic initiatives in Virginia.
During his career with AT&T, Vince has held many positions. After college, he joined AT&T in the accounts payable department. He later served in many roles in corporate security for AT&T, both domestically and abroad. In corporate security, he conducted investigations, secured facilities, and protected AT&T employees. For three years, he lived in London and served as a regional security manager for AT&T in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He joined AT&T’s External and Legislative Affairs team in 1999.
Vince is a graduate of Georgia State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He was also an ROTC distinguished military graduate and earned a commission as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves in which he served ten years.
He serves on the board of directors of Jobs for Virginia Graduates and is a member of the AT&T Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG).
Vince and his family reside in Richmond.
